customer, this is for customer service and billing purposes. We will not
sell, share, or rent this information to others. **
Registration
In order to receive
our email alerts, our customers have to complete a registration form. During
registration a customer is required to give contact information (such as name
and email address). This information is used to contact the customer for his/her
orders.
Fax a copy of your State Reseller
Certificate
For domestic customers, we must get
hold of your state reseller certificate to do the wholesale business with your
company, you must be fax your state reseller certificate to 1-(408)-428-9430 on
your first order. For internationally retail seller, you should following your
country¡¯s direction.
Order Forms We request information
from customers on our order forms. Customers have to provide contact information
(such as name and delivery address) and financial information (such as bank
account number, routing number or credit card number and expiry date). This
information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer orders. If we
have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in
touch with the customer.
Sunvalleytek Customer Terms Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT
CAREFULLY.
TO BECOME OUR CUSTOMER, YOU ARE
AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This is a legal agreement between you
and Sunvalleytek International Inc. This agreement states the terms and
conditions upon which Sunvalleytek offers its products and services.
TERMS
1.Minimum Order: We ONLY sell
wholesale. Minimum Order is 10pc/each model! If you like to place sample order
(quantity is less than 10pcs per model), price will be 50% higher as surcharge.
Please find escape clause during our promotion period.
2.Sales
Terms: For domestic sales, we accept check, money order, cash checks and you
can typically set up on Credit Card terms (we accept Visa/MasterCard/discover
only.) Bank transfer must prepay orders over $1,500. For international
Sales, it should be on a prepaid wire transfer basis only. We DO NOT accept
neither credit cards nor Letters of Credit. If you bounce a check, you will
permanently lose your Company Check privileges. $20 Retune fee will be charged.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
3.International
Shipments: International customers are responsible for determining their
country duties, tariffs or taxes. For international shipments over 450kgs we can
provide prepaid freight quotes to major airports on a "door to airport" basis.
4.Domestic Shipments: If no other
method of shipment is specified, Sunvalleytek will ship via the cheapest
qualified carrier. This may not be the cheapest method of shipping. If this is a
concern, be sure to specify how you want an order shipped. (We use only
reputable national carriers). It is STRONGLY advised that you carry separate
shipping insurance.
5.Shipping Charges: When you place
an order, after you get to the final confirmation page, we will immediately
email you a confirmation of your order. Should you discover any errors, please
contact us immediately. Freight charges may be blank on the confirmation. Once
freight charges are calculated and the order has shipped we will email you again
with shipping charges and tracking numbers. You will response for the shipping
charges.
6.Refused Shipments: If a shipment
is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge
incurred. Sunvalleytek also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee
(which we also may choose to waive).
7.Warranty Limitations: Sunvalleytek
cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.
8.RMA's RMA Numbers are valid from
14 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) in
immediately.
9.Fitness of Purpose: Sunvalleytek
cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly
recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria
whether a product will work in their configuration. In the world of computers
there are many products that may be incompatible with a certain brand or certain
parts. In cases like this it is your responsibility to resell the product into a
standard application in which the part will work. We are unable to take parts
back because they will not work in particular brand product if they function
correctly in others.
10.Defective Products: Any damages
arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price
only. Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished
unit (even for DOA's). If no replacement unit available within 30 days, we will
issue a credit memo. Credits expire 6 months after date of issuance. A credit
memo can be refunded if not used on an order for 30 days. Refunds will be issued
via the original payment method used for the purchase. RMA credits are for
product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.
11.Return
Policy: All sales are final. Returns of product, other than with defect, are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must have a RMA for
processing, products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance
of the RMA. It must enclose everything originally received, including all
manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer
box. Customer¡¯s response for the return freight, and to take reasonable cares to
protect against damages in freight.
12.48
hour Grace Period for Returns: Returns are allowed, but only within the first
48 hours after receipt, for any orders that are not to your expectation. Returns
after this time period are at the complete discretion of Sunvalleytek and will
incur a substantial restock fee.
13.Warranty Repair: Any items sent
back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part.
We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working
condition.
14.LIMITED WARRANTY Warranties may
be limited on some items. Please check our sales literature and your invoice to
verify the warranty is as expected.
