Payment & Shipping
We accept credit cards and check (only for U.S. customers), Paypal and wire transfer . We accept VISA and MasterCard.
All products must be fully prepaid (including shipping & handling fees) in advance.
We do not accept COD payment.
If buyer has chosen to pay by PayPal, we encourage the buyer to click the PayPal button at the end of his Checkout process and make payment immediately.
Alternatively, buyer may send his payment directly to our PayPal email：email@example.com.
We will put the order on-hold until payment is cleared.
If the buyer has chosen to pay by PayPal and if we still do not receive any payment within 3 days, then we will send a PayPal Money Request to the buyer's email address.
If the buyer does not respond to our PayPal Money Request, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
When you meet problems by paying via Credit Card, please follow the instruction below to complete your payment
Shipping and Pick Up Instruction
We use UPS to ship domestic USA orders. You can also use your own UPS account. If you are in bay area, California, you can also pick up orders. Pick up location is: 2228 Junction Ave San Jose CA 95131. Pick up time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 14:00 PM). Please do contact us in advance to confirm your order is ready for pick up before you come by.
We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
Items are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days after your payment has been verified.
You can choose the shipment methods that UPS offers.
One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates. Please place different orders if you want to ship to different address or on different dates.
Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped out.
